Question "WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR" BSOD ?

For about 2 years now, I have randomly been getting WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR BSODs. They occur about 10-15 times a year and are quite rare, but still frustrating. I have been trying various methods, but none of them work. I have reinstalled my GPU drivers, reinstalled Windows about 3 times in those 2 years, tried fixing system files - none of that helped. About 5 months ago, I have bought a new GPU, but the blue screens continued. Today I got another blue screen, but I changed something a while ago, that would show more information on the BSOD.

STOP CODE : WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR

After the blue screen, my computer won't boot and would stay stuck on the bios screen, where you have to press a button to enter to BIOS ( The one that says ,,Press F2 or DEL to enter BIOS" ). I have to switch the power supply off and back on for the computer to act and boot normally again. Before the BSOD, I lose my internet connection, then the file explorer stops responding and then I get the BSOD.

I looked at the minidump folder and there is only one saved, which is about 2 months old, but probably still due to the same issue.

Ryzen 5 2600 ( Will upgrade to Ryzen 5 7600X when released)
2x 8GB 3000Mhz G.Skill ( I don't know the exact model, but I don't think it is required )
ASUS ROG STRIX RTX 3070 ( Previous was GTX 1050 Ti )
Motherboard : ASUS B450M-A
SSD : ADATA SX8200PNP
HDD : TOSHIBA HDWD110
PSU : Corsair RM850X

I have had 3 in 6 years, I find 15 isn't really that rare.

WHEA errors tend to survive BSOD as they are hardware errors. 3 installs likely means its not drivers/windows.
so if you had them before on previous GPU, we can exclude it.

I have already tried updating the bios and installing the chipset drivers before, but they didn't help. Will try doing that again.

Running the diagnostics on my SSD revealed nothing, though the weird thing is that the utility said that it should be 1GB=1min of scanning, but for me it took about 10seconds instead of ~240minutes ( since I have 240GB SSD ). Running tests on HDD showed nothing aswell.

I will try to run the CPU and RAM test at the weekend.

PSU should not be the issue, because along with the GPU, I also bought a PSU and the BSODs keep happening.

how full is ssd, its possible the test only looks at used space and if drive mostly empty it may not take as long.

any extra external devices? WHEA erorrs can be all sorts of hardware.

I assume PC isn't running hot as heat is a reason you can get them.
Overclocking can be cause too.

Overclocking can be cause too.

My SSD is nearly full, only 50GB are left out of 240GB. No external devices apart from my keyboard, mouse and headphones and all of them were changed in the past 2 years.

My PC is probably not overheating, since the CPU on load runs at about 75C and the GPU at 70C. The SSD and HDD both on 35C-40C.

first parameter =0x10 = a device driver reported the error leading to the bugcheck.

I will see if I can look at the bugcheck when I get home tonight.
