Question When cpu power is plugged in the pc constantly just turns on and off over and over again

Got Home today and wanted to update my drivers before i played anything and after updating i restarted my pc and now it wont start.

Took everything out and put it back in again and i finally figured out the problem only happens when my cpu power is plugged in.

Need help figuring this out so any advice would be amazing

I have a i7 10700K

include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. Can you get into BIOS for your motherboard? As for your BIOS, what version are you on at this moment of time?

I cannot the pc shuts off before any display would have time to come up and it wont show up if i don't have the cpu power plugged in.

Bios version i believe is
