When i download graphics drivers the screen goes black

Whenever i download the drivers for my AMD radeon graphics card after it was working for about 2 years it says its installing the display driver and when that finishes the screen goes black? Any help???

Run DDU in safe mode and then reinstall the latest graphics driver. Be sure you are all backed up as anytime changes are made to your registry things can go bad and crash you computer and force a new OS install. That said i have only had one person in a number of years ever have that issue.
