When I reply to an email the whole email I am replying to no longer comes up - just 3 lines and I cant see what I am replying

Spent an hour on phone to talktalk with no joy. Very annoying as I have to keep scrolling down and then going back up to type.

what email program are you using? there should be some setting to change that.

I use webmail (talktalk) I have tried looking at settings and the man from talktalk had me going into tools and changing lots of things, but nothing worked.
