Question When i start my laptop my ram goes from 30% to 50-70% in around 10 seconds

when i startup my laptop and i look at task manager, i see its at 30-40% and after around 10 seconds it jumps to 40-70%, is this normal or not? btw i have 8gb ram please help me because my games run very slow, and i have windows 11

Thats the problem, I need to know what causes the problem so i can remove it
