Question When i switch motherboard from optimal mode to normal system gets error

Hello guys, i have Asus Z97-A , Thermaltake Smart SE 530W
Balistix sport 16 gb 2x8
My motherboard have 3 modes , power saving, normal and optimal. When i use normal mode my computer shows error (your computer runs into a problem) Critical process dead. But when i switch to optimal mode my motherboard error is gone .but when i start my computer every time after when i switch off from electrucity, my computer dual booting. I try to change ssd, try update bios, try default bios, but same problem. Pls help

looks like the BIOS is losing its settings and therefore it might be the battery

When i switch from normal mode to optimal it changs also RAM frequency from 1600mhz to 1371mhz . So i try to,switch normal mode and set frequency to 1333mhz and after thet error gone. I also try ram frequency change in optimal mode 1371mhz to 1648mhz and its shows error same that show in normal mode with1600mhz ram frequency.
