But when i switch to optimal mode my motherboard error is gone .but when i start my computer every time after when i switch off from electrucity, my computer dual booting. I try to change ssd, try update bios, try default bios, but same problem. Pls help

When i switch from normal mode to optimal it changs also RAM frequency from 1600mhz to 1371mhz . So i try to,switch normal mode and set frequency to 1333mhz and after thet error gone. I also try ram frequency change in optimal mode 1371mhz to 1648mhz and its shows error same that show in normal mode with1600mhz ram frequency.
