You may have a stuck key, re-seat the keyboard in the laptop, make sure all keys are clean, nothing stuck under it or sticky stuff on the keys. Same thing for the mouse button and trackpad. When you have odd things happening like this, things trying to move on their own when you click a file, trying to delete, etc.., it's often a stuck key or mouse button.
