When is the Best Time to build a Computer?

I've heard that building a computer is has a lot to do with the environment you live in. I also heard it had a lot to do with the air pressure, the humidity and a number of other things.
I live in the Virginia area if that helps.
I've build at least two computers and I didn't have a problem because It was inside a computer shop.
 
Solution


Try to find an area devoid of carpets, avoid socks, ensure the humidity is low and keep the cabinet and the components grounded. If you have an ESD band, connect it to the case and use it. Ensure you dont leave any parts like screws inside the case, and keep it clean and you are good to go.
