Question £800 build

Hi,
I've not been keeping up to date with what is required for a decent build (and it seems to be a lot more expensive).
My friend wants a PC for <£800 and she wants it to run BG3, and probably some future FromSoftware games.
I'm tempted to save on the CPU and Mobo and get the 5600 and B550, and then get her a 4060.
The idea behind is to to get her a GPU that will last and with the goal of replacing the CPU+Mobo in a few years.
Also specific Mobo suggestions are appreciated, IDK what I'm looking for
