I dunno, i want it for the ata100 support, im holding off on a big upgrade till i see how it works when it comes out.

Plus im waiting for the dual- Athalon boards

It's out right now, but there's two different versions.

One's called 'Mandrake', and the other 'Red Hat'. Both improve the stability of windows.

Sorry. I use win2k too, but I'd like to broaden my horizons. Linux doesn't like my laptop's USB hub/hubs, so I prostitute it to the Evil One.

Anyway, if you download the 'manual' updates for win2k, all of them have something like 'pre sp2', 'pre sp3' in the filename. It's probably in beta testing right now, whatever good that will do.

Don't hold your breath on the dual Tbird boards. I turned blue last year and just decided it wasn't going to happen.

I am so waiting for SP2 to come out, im gonna do a total reinstall of Win2k and then apply some SP2 luvin to fix all the blow holes and hopefully I will have a better Win2k than I already have. Oh, I cant wait...
