When will the 2500k-2600k be Outdated?

Give me a simple guess off the top of your head how long it will before the sb cpus cannot preform well in games anymore.

just throwing this out there, but i built a comp for about 750$ that is as following

intel i5 2500k
evga gtx560
500gig 7200 rpm hd
asus p8z68 le
8gig corsair vengeance ram
cooler master case
cooler master 212+ proc heatsink/fan combo
600w power supply

plays crisis 2 at hardcore with no frame drops, in fact, the only game i havent been able to play at the highest possible graphics so far is batman arkham city, and thats only because it was made for dual vid card setup for top graphics.

consoles are nice and all, but theyre several hundred dollars for something with only one purpose, i spent about 3x more than an xbox, maybe 2x more than a ps3, yet i can use my computer for maaaaaaaaany more things, and at the same time too, without bogging anything down.

imo get a console if you dont know how to work a computer, if you know how to work a computer youre losing out by buying a console rather than having already bought a decent computer.

the problem is most people are idiots, and dont know how to maintain a windows install for more than a year before it craps out on them regularly. ijits
