Dont care about the audio I got an audigy 2 card just wnat the PCI express
and thier is nothign wrong with ecs thier boards are some of the most stable
as I dont care about overclocking.

Well enjoy then. Having used ECS in the past for various builds for people
and ending up with nothing but trouble, I wouldn't touch another one with a
disinfected bargepole (preferably held by someone else!). Gimme Asus or
Gigabyte any day.

I've had more problems wtih asus and gigabyte then ecs. Never have had one
problem with an ecs. They are the most relaible boards out thier for sheer
stability now if u attempt to over clock I see why ur getting problems.

you are among the lucky.....course windows usually gets blamed for flakey ECS/MSI CMOS
problems..

wow surprised all the bad luck I've had 3 ECS board and I am surprised I
didt get an ECS amd 64 board but that was casue thier nforce 4 socket 754
isnt out yet. I wll get one as soon as the come out of course that means I
gotta get a pci express video card but ah well tis life

Why Socket 754? It's an almost dead architecture. Why not socket 939?
