[SOLVED] Where can I find this cable for my PC? Micro-USB to 9Pin USB Header

I been trying to find a place online where I can get it but I cant seem to, the one in the pic is made by Corsair but I cant buy it off their site

This is highly non-standard cable. If the ten-pin connectors goes into motherboard, what would you connect to the male microUSB end? The only device I can think of is phone / slave device.
