Where can I get these?

I have a super overkill gaming pc for windows 98 and I have had it for quite a while. I am unable to buy games for it at stores anymore because anything from 1998 is obsolete. Is there a place I can download these without paying to a service to download them? I feel like getting some new games because I have beat the games I have multiple times. Originally I said they would never get old. 18 years later I disagree with myself.

Gog.com has a great selection of old games. They have very reasonable prices and they include all of the extra stuff that used to be included in the box in digital form.
The internet archive also has a great selection of all sorts of old software.

lot of the old game vendor are gone. those that are left have gone into larger game studios like id software. look on ebay and any swap shop local to you i found old games showing up at goodwill stores a lot.

Look on ebay.
You can usually buy old games for not much more than shipping.
My favorite is civilization 2.42 which will run on your pc.
