Hey there,
I was wanting to learn Tal and Ptal, but when I checked how much it costs it was about 3,000 to 6,000 I was wanting to learn in a lower price, I have seen self-learning but it was very complicated I need like an actual course, if you could find one it could be great or if you know and if you could teach me it would be great. Thank You!

You're speaking of the programming languages?

Why?

http://nonstoptools.com/manuals/PTal-xReference.pdf

Or this PTAL
PTAL (pronounced "petal") is a collection of tools for speech and language processing.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Transaction_Application_Language I'm speaking about this and what do you mean by Why? I mean the nonstoptools.com is really kind of complicated in my opinion, but I want something that I can understand like courses, and no it's not the language processing.

The 'Why' is......why do you want/need to learn this?

"it costs it was about 3,000 to 6,000".....in what currency? Dollars, rupees, quatloos, florins...?
