How do I access the "Download Manager" on my computer. I
have 'XP'.

If you're on AOL, go to the top left and click on File and scroll down
to Download Manager.

I don't think "XP" HAS a download manager. Firefox has one, IE does not,
AFAIK, some other browsers may have one.
