Where do I find Ulyne Henim? - fighters guild quest

Hi

I was asked to aid Ulyne Henim to a expedition to Vas in the Sheograd
region.
But when I arrived at Dagon Fel I could'nt find her.
Is she actually in Dagon Fel or am I supposed to find her on my way to Vas?

She is waiting just in front of the entrance to Vas.

She's camping in the ruins in front of the Vas entrance, waiting for you
to show up.

DOHH, and I have searched every corner of Dagon Fel, ha ha.
Well, I got an atlethic skill and did a lot of stealing/barter.
