Where do i find where my nti drive is located on my computer

cannot find where my NTI drive is located on my computer,why isn't it supported.Will not download my music onto a disk

The NTI is a backup software, not a drive. Are you trying to save your files to a hard drive?

Look in my computer to see if the drive you want to backup to, is located there.
