Where do I plug in 12V RGB LED mother

Also I have CPU cooler with led light (12V RGB LED 4pin mother cable). And I can't figure out, where do I plug it in?

Go to this link, http://asrock.pc.cdn.bitgravity.com/Manual/Z390%20Pro4.pdf, page 7 shows that there are 3 4-pin connectors for fans/coolers. Plugs 2, 16, and 17 can be used for what you want.

Yep, I tried all off them! =(
But I need rgb_header pins, which I dont have on my moBo http://www.teckknow.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/asus_maximus_viii_hero_alpha-rgb-header.jpg
costs $150 and there is no rgb_header.. why
How can I solve it, is there any adapters exists ?
