where does the sysprep.inf file go??

Archived from groups: microsoft.public.windowsxp.customize (More info?)

Where does this file go after using setupmgr?? I tried the $OEM$\$1 folder
and that didn't work. I tried c:\sysprep folder and that didn't work. Help!
