Where is AMD Rewards code on my GPU

I just recieved my Sapphire R9 280 GPU in the mail. I am trying to find the code for the 3 free games, where is it? Thanks for your help!

Usually on a piece of paper in the box the GPU came in (along with the driver disk, manual, etc).

Looked at them all, there are random codes all over the place. Any clue what format it might be in?

It will be a certificate that contains the info. Nothing will be affixed to the GPU. It is just a paper document.

Contact the vendor you purchased from for assistance.
