I suggest you use the CHA_FAN1 header - item 26 on the diagram on p. 7 of your manual. I don't see full details of that fan on the case website, but I presume it has ONLY the simple 3-hole connector on the end of its wires, and no others. But SOME fans come also with a second connector that is larger and can connect to a PSU output. Do NOT connect that if you have it. Use ONLY the 3-pin standard fan connector to the mobo fan header.

Your last post says you have a different problem. The system does not POST. That is not likely due to the fan connection, but it could be other things. One of the most common causes in a new build is improper use of mobo stand-offs in the case. But before I go into those details, please confirm. Does you system still not POST? Does it do NOTHING when you push the front panel power button?

Spicyrolls36, we don't have enough info. You need to tell us what mobo you have - maker and exact model number - and what fans you have. I am presuming from your post that you are talking about only two case ventilation fans, and the fan cooling your CPU is NOT part of your question. But really, rather than juming onto the end of this thread you would be better to start a new one of your own with this specific info so we can keep it all straight.
