I am trying to connect Galaxy Tab S5e in fastboot mode but can't find driver. Windows sees it as Samsung android but can't find a driver for it. Device manager says there is no compatible driver. It worked great in Linux but I'm temporarily on a Windows PC and not having any luck with fastboot. I just installed latest platform tools but that wasn't any help. So, anybody have any idea on connecting Samsung in fastboot mode in Windows 10 ?

Yeah, that quick google search turns up a generic site with Samsung USB drivers for mobile phones which does not have fastboot drivers. It has modem drivers that it uses to connect to Odin in download mode, which is entirely different from fastboot. Samsung doesn't use fastboot they use their own download mode. Fastboot on samsung device is android 10 and up via aosp provided one has OS with recovery that supports user space fastbootd. It is appearing to not be so simple to get device drivers for something not supported natively by device oem.
