Where to locate Acer Aspire 5750G bluetooth

i cant find the bluetooth on my Acer Aspire 5750g laptop. i can locate the file but cant open it to access it. can someone please help!!!

hold FN key on left corner keyboard and then click F7 .. have fun ...lol
