Hey everyone,
I have built my PC with the memory in A1 A2, and it says it's in Single Channel Mode. How do I Fix that?

Then go A2 B2 since some motherboards cant utilize dual channel with A1 B1 setup.Hi again,
i have just attempted a1 and b1, but it is saying memory omg training error at socket 0 channel, and only a1 is being detected. However, in memtest86 all of it is showing up.
Is this a RAM kit(bought together in a single pack) being installed in A2-B2 slots?hey again,
I have just tried that, and no luck. programs still show the ram though.
YesIs this a RAM kit(bought together in a single pack) being installed in A2-B2 slots?
So it shows 16gb but in single channel mode, correct?
Update your BIOSIt shows 16,but it is in dual. Everything says dual, and 32gb except bios.
Will do. The cpu did have 3 bent pine.So now the system is running the RAM in dual channel mode, except under BIOS where it says single channel?
And the system has 32 GB of memory installed as 2 x 16 GB memory modules, and the system recognizes all of the 32 GB except for BIOS which only shows 16 GB?
Remount the CPU and its cooler carefully and evenly. Uneven mounting of the CPU can lead to loss of CPU pin and pad contact resulting in all sorts of issues, including memory issues.
Then its the cpu, three bent pins will make the cpu not work properlyWill do. The cpu did have 3 bent pine.
Try putting one stick of ram in each slot and then do the same with the other to see if there are any differencesSo, just to confirm I should reseat the CPU? (The slots indeed work, with one stick in b channel everything is ok
If 3 cpu pins are bent then your system wont work properlySo, just to confirm I should reseat the CPU? (The slots indeed work, with one stick in b channel everything is ok

Will do. I'll try the RAM againTry putting one stick of ram in each slot and then do the same with the other to see if there are any differences
Ram worked. No bent pins on couWill do. I'll try the RAM again
