Solution
The 2600 should be best value if you can attach a dedicated card along with it. It does not have integrated graphics.
Otherwise, the 2400g should be your ideal choice.
What are you using it for? If it's for a budget gaming pc then id pass on Ryzen and get a 8th gen core i3 for $114.00. If there's a Microcenter store nearby they do a deal where you buy a cpu and mobo together and get an extra $30 off.

I think the OP is from India, as the links suggest. There is no Microcenter there.

Ok I might get the 2600 but I also have to buy the amd motherboard also.
my mb doesnt support 8th gen, only 6th and 7th.
Also if I get the ryzen will I have to get a better psu and which psu would be fine?

motherboard - msi b250m vd pro
psu - 430w evga
ram - 2x4gb
gpu - rx580

That EVGA 430w is not a good quality unit. Get this atleast...

On a side note, why are you changing the platform from Intel to AMD. Just get a good Intel CPU like 7700 and avoid the motherboard cost.

For gaming, the 7700 is mostly on par or faster in GPU heavy games. For anything else, the 2600 should be good. But you wont get the jump you are expecting for the price you pay, unless you are heavily multitasking or using multi threaded apps specifically.

It's just too expensive. I can buy the ryzen which is performing better than i7 7700 in benchmarks and i can get a new motherboard and its still under 300 dollars.
