What GPU is in the current rig?

I don't know that I would re-use anything out of that system. However, I would like to know what graphics card you are currently working with and also what target resolution and frame rate you are looking at.

I have ZERO idea on pricing in the UAE. I am sure some of these folks do.

Here in the states, if you are looking for a really good 1440 experience then the ~$7-800 price point on a GPU is the 'sweet spot' as it were. Think 3070, one of the 6xxx XT AMD cards (give or take). Would then budget in a really good tier power supply. After that it should give you a good idea of what you have left for the other components, say ~$1100. From there, would probably select an i5 or i7 from the 12th gen, a good quality motherboard with 4X RAM slots. I think I would concentrate on DDR4, but DDR5 is starting to come around...I think going with the latter is going to make your mobo and RAM much higher priced. I would concentrate on 2x16GB for a total of 32 for now. A good quality M.2 NVME, a large SSD for storage, and case you like with good ventilation. Not so much as an afterthought, but consider case air flow and some decent fans. IMO, Artic make some of the best price to performance fans on the market.

Can anyone advise me for pc for AAA games?
Start here:

No reason why a 7th gen based pc won't play anything current. All you need is a gpu capable of outputting enough fps at desired detail levels to make the game playable. What you expect or what you desire is totally different from what's actually needed.

So start of with specifics, because 'I have a Lenovo 7th gen' doesn't say Anything about what you actually need, what you actually want nor what you can expect.

1080p, 1440p, 4k, what monitor resolution. Whole new case/pc pre-built? Or build it yourself. Liquid or air cooled. Just games or is there other work like streaming/content creation. Any preferences for stores, amd or Intel, what's cheaper in your region, do you have local access or pay expensive for outside shipping.

The more actual info you supply, the more effective and efficient will be the responses. No point in saying you need a Ferrari or Corvette when the nearest dealership is 10,000Km away and Lotus is 5 minutes down the street.

my pc is pre built and i think not have a GPU that's why not compatible with these types of games.
