[SOLVED] Which BIOS version to use?

yours doesn't mention anything about removal in the bios lines, the motherboards that remove access generally tell you like Asrock B450M Pro4 says not to install certain bios if you have your cpu - https://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/B450M Pro4/#BIOS

but there are no warnings for yours, it appears it just adds functionality for the XT family, its not removing any.

WHy are you updating? Is there a problem now? You generally don't upgrade BIOS ona whim.
you would need to grab F40 before updating any higher.

I am updating BIOS, because my new RAM isn't playing very well at higher clocks and I read that certain updates to the BIOS can help
