Hi , I'm currently looking for a new graphics card , because I bought a Radeon R9 380x and it wasn't compatible with my motherboard.
I'm choosing between these cards:
1. GTX 670 2GB
2. R9 280x 3GB
3. GTX 970 ( But I don't know if my PC can handle it)
Rest of my PC:
1. Intel Core i-5 2500 , DH67CL Motherboard , 8GB of RAM and a 600W PSU with two 6 pin cables. Thanks in advance.

let me say this and we can move on with our life.

A "high efficiency" is not starting in my opinion until 80 platinum rating but this could be personally different. Non of this units have close to that rating. I also think people don't understand the rating scale the for example 500W is for max potential power for all rails not for one rail specifically 12v rail. in addition there is few of china made products that state 80 plus certification that don't have one.

i would also like to add if you read the links you posted you will see the the review state the power supple in most cases are good and deliver power that was promised its items like hard to press connectors or short wires that gave them low ratings.

all and all we all have our opinions that is why the internet is such a great place. i hope that everyone is having good time AND GOOD GAME EVERYONE

Quote "A "high efficiency" is not starting in my opinion until 80 platinum rating but this could be personally different." This my friend is a half-assed way not to admit when you are mistaken. If you want to learn about PSUs spend some time over at JonnyGuru.com and learn.

if you have a scale that starts with

80 Plus 80% 80% 80% 82% 85% 82%
80 Plus Bronze 82% 85% 82% 81% 85% 81% 85% 88% 85%
80 Plus Silver 85% 88% 85% 85% 89% 85% 87% 90% 87%
80 Plus Gold 87% 90% 87% 88% 92% 88% 90% 92% 89%
80 Plus Platinum 90% 92% 89% 90% 94% 91% 92% 94% 90%
80 Plus Titanium 90% 92% 94% 90% 90% 94% 96% 91% 90% 94% 96% 94%

1 is plus, 6 is titanium. this makes Silver/GOLD the medium and Platinum and titanium "high" on the scale.... AS I STATED "HIGH Efficiency" starts with Platinum in my opinion.

Before you start insulting a person knowledge and start personal attacks maybe just take a second and think that the person on the other side might know what they are taking about.

i think this is now getting more personal so i will just stop since we are no longer helping the OP.

Have a great night

What you are saying still means nothing about how power supplies are are rated/advertised. There is a Toms' PSU list for a reason. There are sites like JonnyGuru for a reason. Many companies claim ratings and efficiencies that cannot be backed up by proper testing. For you to say high efficiency PSUs are good is a blanket statement that can mislead many Tom's readers that do not know better. Yes there are many very efficient PSUs that are well built - not all of them test as well as their specs would suggest.
