Which case fan?

I am building a high end editing rig and im debating on which fan to use for my GPU and case fans. I wan't to use the Noctua fans but the color is not so pleasing.

Can i spray paint the noctua fans white?

is there any fan that are close to the performance and noise level of the noctua fans in a white color?

The Noiseblocker ELoops are really expensive but performs really well. Cant you get the Noctua Industrial? its black and orange. but if you dont like it, just get the Eloops. Theres something about the eloops that only alow it to push on a radiaor, so if you have a radiator, dont use pull with them.

Both brands are good. Not as good as Noctua though, but if color is that important to you..
I'd also suggest building that rig first and adding/replacing stock fans only if needed, after checking temps under load.
