I am leaning towards the HP, Ram is cheap and i get windows7 pro for free from job.

What do you guys think?

The only real difference that I see:
HP has blu-ray and 2 gig of RAM, XP.
The Dell has standard DVD and 4 gig of RAM, Win7, and a very slightly faster processor.
I would personally go for the Dell, but it would be nice to have Bly-ray in a laptop.
Maybe the Dell upgraded with a Blu-ray player?
