[SOLVED] Which components should I invest to get higher fps during game recording?

I'm into recording my games and renew most of my pc components, because my current rig can't handle it properly, fps decreases drastically during recording.
(Which is the ancient legend fx-8350/HD 7950 combo)
I don't have an SSD, would that make a big difference?And I also want to edit these videos with intense fun effects and dank memes.

For a gaming rig it's normal to spend most of the money on GPU but I'm wondering if it is the same for the video editing?

If that rig is not enough, you are in for new system. SSD is least part that would help.

It won't boost the performance, but it will improve the loading times.

Main thing is record to a different drive than the game is loaded on.

This would be a big improvement from the relic you have now but you'll need to get a new power supply if yours is old/cheap.

I would use a biggeer SSD and less system memory...
