Which cooler to choose?

Hello,

I'm never fond of the Intel stock cooler, so I need a good aftermarket cooler.

1. My CPU is G4560. Is Cryorig M9i good enough? Can you share a benchmark result?

2. My other options include Thermaltake Contac 16 and as the LAST RESORT, Hyper 212 (EVO or X). How good is Thermaltake Contac 16?

Cryorig M9i is more than enough.

Not likely to find any benchmarks for that specific CPU and cooler. Typically testers pick a single reference CPU and use it for a long time, and typically take a middle of the road processor. Some use a more scientific method of a fixed heater.

Just based on the build of it. I would say the Thermaltake is quite a bit less effective than the Cryorig.

Evo 212 would likely be the best of the bunch since it is a 120mm cooler with a larger radiator. In that case go with a Scythe Kotetsu, Cryorig H7, or BeQuiet Dark Rock/Pure Rock cooler.
