Hello everyone from India,
For multitasking, adobe premier pro, photoshop,vm for learning linux and also minimal gaming at 1080p. For my needs which of these cpu will be better, 13500 or 7600X and im thinking about getting 3070 ti.
Thank you.

Solution
7600x has superior single core performance but i5 13500 is
noticeably faster when it comes to cpu heavy aplications
for productivity i5 13500 is a superior cpu (generally speaking)
however aplications which favour less cores and higher clock speeds will run better on 7600x .

for gaming alone the 7600x is a superior choice .
it is also worth to mention that 13500 benefits a lot from fast DDR5 memory ,
pairing it with DDR4 memory will hinder its performance
this is a good test :

AM5 is a better platform overall (in a sense of future upgradability)
if you want the best from both worlds you may consider paying a

AM5 is a better platform overall (in a sense of future upgradability)
if you want the best from both worlds you may consider paying a
little bit extra for either 7700(x) or i5 13600K which are great for both gaming and productivity .

Solution
I would personally not take either of them. I would take the R5-7600 (without the X) because it's cheaper, has almost the same performance as the R5-7600X and comes with a free CPU cooler.

The AM5 platform is also going live a lot longer than the LGA-1700 platform so I think that an AM5 CPU would be a much better investment in the long-term.

@Ashishag - this is an answer that is completely impartial when it comes to performance. Look at this forum. 90% of the issues are with AMD CPUs. So from a reliability perspective I'd say go with intel and enjoy your gaming stress free. Performance wise a 7600x or 7800x3d would give you more, but also more grey hairs as you try to figure out the bugs and not always with positive outcomes.

Not a true statement. I've had both Intel and AMD gaming pc's without issues.
