which CPU should I buy

I'm looking for a CPU. I'm looking between the amd fx 8320 or the amd fx 8350. I need one compatible with my msi gtx 970. Here's what I have so far:
Asus m5a78l motherboard
12 gb of ram
1tb wd hardrive
And I want to upgrade from an amd fx 6300
And upgrade my old graphics card to a gtx 970.

Please answer me and tell which amd is better and if it is compatible with my graphics card. Thanks!!

They are both basically the same but if you want to spend out £70 on a 8350 you only get a higher clock speed, so the best would be the 8320 because it's cheaper and be probley overclocked higher than the 8350

The 8320E is better when it comes to reliability, because the 8320 and the 8350 need more power and demand more from the vrms of the motherboard.
All are compatible and won't bottleneck the 970 in real life.
