Which CPU should i get?

I'm building my pc to edit video, audio and play games.I will buy a 1050ti and 16GB RAM, but i'm not sure about the cpu.
i did some research and these 3 seem to be what i want,a Rysen 7 1700, i5-9600k or a i7-8700. I'd like to know the difference in performance and if there's a better one which do you recommend and also, what is more important in a cpu, cache or GHz?.
Thank you!

If you are editing videos, then definitely go with the R7 1700. Yes, it may have a lower clock speed than the 2600x as Kaasman7090 pointed out, but clockspeed is not everything, and definitely doesn't compare with the extra 2 cores and 4 threads the R7 1700 has. I have on in my PC and it is a beast. It has about the same performance as the 2600x in games, but vastly overshadows it in editing. the 1700 is defo the winner

Assuming you are going to play on 1080p the ryzen 5 2600x is the best mid ranged option it got more threads than the i5-9600k it is cheaper than all Intel series and the ryzen 5 2600x has more Mhz than the Ryzen 7 1700.

The motherboard I have is the Gigabyte AX370M DS3H. and I bought it for $50 new
It has two full length PCI-E, Four SATA connectors (for HDDs and SSDs) and Four RAM slots for future RAM upgrades.
It also supports overclocking, but that's your choice whether you want to overclock or not.

After you help and some resources I've decided to buy this, but i just wanna know if it's will work good together.

CPU AMD RYZEN 7 1700

Motherboard ASRock AM4 mATX AB350M DDR4

Two Kingston HyperX FURY 8GB 2400Mhz DDR4

GeForce GTX 1050 Ti SC Gaming 4GB DDR5

SSD Kingston 2.5´ 120GB A400 SATA III

Hd 2 Tb Barracuda (I already have this)

Two Deepcool Xfan 120

Corsair 550W 80 Plus

(I buying all in Brazil, so maybe something looks weird to you)
All this components work good together?
Thanks!!
