Question Which cpu socket pins control the Ram in lga775?

I have a simmtronics g41 mobo with core 2 duo e7500 the problem is that if I insert the ram in slot 1 it stuck in a reboot loop but the same ram stick working on onother slot only my vss and vcc pins are broken I cannot figure out which pin is causing the problem (if it is) all looks good .

Either use ram in slot 2 only or replace motherboard.
