I just want to have smooth 1080p gaming at 60 fps, WITHOUT frame drops, or frame time spikes.

My system

GPU : 1060 3gb
RAM 16 gb kingston hyperx edition 2133 mhz
power supply 700 w zalman

And I ll choose the motherboard and CPU acording to your recommantion guys so feel free to recommend me something that will provide me smooth gameplay, thats all i want

That is really slow ram for ryzen and pretty slow for intel - it does make a difference.

If you didn’t already buy it, would never recommend the 3gb version of the 1060. See people on these forums frequently who are disappointed in its performance. Just not enough vram.

In the spirit of your bottleneck question, yes, those higher end cpu’s are mismatched against that cpu. I would drop down to an i5-8400 and a really cheap z370 if it frees up enough $ to get the 6gb 1060.
if you upgrade to any of those CPUs - your GPU will be the weakest part and anyway your experience will be limited by the monitor.
so really i5-8600K or even ryzen 1600 are all you need for 1080@60Hz.
I'd go with the 8600K as it will do higher FPS when you upgrade monitor and GPU.
