Which FM2+ Motherboard between these 3 is the best?

My CPU (or APU) is A6 7400k and was wondering what's the best motherboard as these three are the only available choices in my area (there are emaxx and biostar ones for $6 less but I've ruled them out)

I would get the MSI board, as it has 2 full length pcie slots, and everything else is basically identical.

Please, please, please, upgrade your proccesor. All these motherboards are terrible. If you have a gun to your head, I recommend the MSI motherboard. But honestly, upgrade your cpu, it only costs about $250.

I already have my own rig which has an i5 4670. This little computer I'm building is just for my cousin that's gonna be here for a 3 month vacation. I'll either turn this computer to a service computer in our living room or just sell it for $20-$30 less. I chose an amd since I have no plan on buying a dedicated gpu but needed enough power to play LoL/Dota 2 on high/max settings at either 720 or 1080p.

well, with the integrated gpu you might get high-max at 720p, but i doubt 1080p.

Oh that's too bad, I guess low/mid on 1080p. I was really vouching for an hdmi ported mobo as I'm planning to use my room's 32" TV as the computer's monitor so my cousin doesn't have to use my old 15.6" monitor. Good thing the MSI has an hdmi port, I guess everything's turning out to be on my favor. Thank You.
