[SOLVED] Which GPU should i get(wait for new gen or no)

Well recently i've built new pc and the only thing i haven't changed was my graphics card(due to a budget limit),and now im looking for gpu that won't hold back my ryzen 5 3600 on 1080p 144hz.
PC specs:
MSI B450 Mortar Max
16 GB DDR4 3200MHZ GSKILL Aegis
RX 470 4GB Sapphire Nitro
BE Quiet Pure Power 11 600W GOLD
CPU:Ryzen 5 3600
SSD: Crucial BX 500 250GB
HDD 500GB WD

What's your budget? For your setup I'd recommend this range: (from cheapest to highest price) GTX 1660 Ti, RX 5600XT, or RTX 2060 Super. (The 1660 Ti will have a hard time getting to 144FPS on most AAA titles) Though if you wait a few months the next gen RTX 3060 will becoming out to the market. It will most likely go for around 300$USD and will have around the same performance of an RTX 2070 Super, which is a great 1440p card.

Thats what i originally planned,cause the price for 2060S in my country goes right now for 450$ (the cheapest 1660s is 320$ or 350$),and i kinda dont wanna be hasty with GPU choice,seems like ill wait for new RTX 3060.
The most im willing to spend is like 400-420$
