[SOLVED] Which GPU to upgrade to?

So I'm looking for GPUs to upgrade to from my current r9 270x that I got back in 2016, but I do not know which one would preform the best under $120. AMD has been giving me some issues with most of it's driver releases, so while I do prefer an Nvivia, I'll give AMD another chance. The 270x is great, but I need a little more horse power.

Here are my current specs:
CPU: i7 4790k
GPU: r9 270x
RAM: 2x4gb of ddr3 at 1600Mhz
PSU: Corsair Txm 550

Games I mostly play:
Witcher 3
Beam NG
Cities Skylines
Yakuza 0

Here are my options for GPUs. I'm on a bit of a tight budget, so anything under $120 used on Ebay or else where would be great.

AMD:
r9 290 x or non x
RX 470 4gb
RX 480 4gb
r9 390 4 or 8gb

Nvidia:
GTX 1060 3gb
GTX 1050 ti or non ti

I'm leaning towards a 1060. If you can recommend me any other GPU's what would be great!

Go for a GTX1060, they can be bought used for 100 and under. You might want to also look for a used RX580, which can be had for 80 USD used.
