[SOLVED] Which graphic card to get for budget gaming?

I plan on getting a new PC. But I'm on a budget I found some cards available on the local market in my country(philippines) hovering around my budget. And I plan on pairing the card with a "Intel Core I5 4690 3.50 GHz Quad core 4th gen" 8GB DDR3 Ram or more, 500w psu.

Since there are some multiple manufactures using the same Nvidia or AMD brand I'll list all of the cards I've noted.

Sorry for the trouble with using my country's currency "peso", I do not really know how these cards are price on different markets.

RX580 4GB is the best of that bunch.

For reference the RX580 is >50% faster than a GTX1050Ti.

Right now I have a Intel Core 2 Quad 9400 pair with a GT1030. And I really want to play Monster Hunter World. I played it here I got 21-30 fps on low-720p setting, but it sucks. So I want to play it at mid-high settings at least.

I have battlefield 1 & Fallout 4(modded) at medium setting 1440x900p.

How is pricing and availability of the 1650 Super? I'd rather suggest that gpu over the RX 580 due to questionable power supply quality.
I would suggest Nvidia period if your psu isn't a good model. Their gpus are more power efficient, and less likely to make a fuss when paired with lower end psus.

I found one but it's 9k here, that is the price I'm going for on a PC.

Would pairing the RX 580 with a AMD or Intel CPU make any different? which one would be better?

As well as the psu I can't really tell how the quality of it is good, but I can
get a 700w psu.

1)It really depends on the cpus in question. But if were talking budget cpus, the Intel options aren't as flexible as AMD's currently. You could find yourself needing to replace the cpu more frequently.

2)Knowing the make and model and looking up reviews where they actually test the unit helps.
Higher wattage isn't everything either. The components inside need to be of good quality too. A good 500-550w unit can handle an RX 580 just fine.

We don't know the make and model of your current psu, so there's no way to know how well it puts up with an RX 580. There should be a label on one of the psu's sides with the model name/number.
You just have to open the case up and find it.

Cpu can't bottleneck a gpu. The cpu pre-renders all the frames then ships those to the gpu. If the game is very complex, the cpu might only ship 60 frames, and thats all the gpu can work with. If the game is simple, the cpu might ship 100 frames instead. If the gpu is strong enough to handle that many frames, at the highest settings, changing to lower will not increase fps, the gpu gets what it gets.

The gpu can bottleneck a cpu, often does, the cpu supplying 100 frames and detail settings are too high, so gpu can only do 60 frames on screen. Lowering detail levels doesn't increase fps, that's still locked at 100, all it does is allow the gpu the ability to try and match output to input. You'll see more frames, but only upto the 100 the cpu is making.

It's an older gen i5. There's going to be games that are hard on it, requiring more cores/threads than the cpu has, so no matter what gpu, you'll still have limits. The Rx580 is strong enough to live upto those limits in most games at 1080p.
