Which graphics card(s) would you recommend for me?

I looking to upgrade my graphics on my PC but i have never bought one before and don't know which one to buy.

I want to use it for watching Netflix and youtube in 1080p and maybe some gaming. I have 26 inch monitor.

On that old of a system, I wouldn't recommend throwing a lot of money at it. Either a geforce gtx 610 or a radeon hd 5450. That's as much as your psu will handle. Both should run you about $50. You might be better off upgrading to 2 gigs of ram, I don't think you're ever going to be able to play any modern games with that thing.

Yep magicpants is totally right 300 w is really low you could buy 450 w and get the 7750 its pretty much more powetful

You might consider getting a refurbished desktop, you could get a pretty good upgrade for a couple hundred bucks:
