Question Which graphics card to pair with monitor

Hello,
I recently purchased a Samsung Odyssey G8/G80 sd monitor and wish to now purchase a graphics card to help hit the 4K ability. I have a 3070ti now but wish to upgrade. I was thinking a 4080. Ideas? Suggestions?
