Has larger cache which will give you a better burst rate. Also has NCQ.

The performance is close but NOT the same.
go through these benchmarks and it will become apparent that the YS model will give you better performance.

Additional Note
The YS model is an Enterprise class drive. They have made a mistake on the warranty page. It should say 5 years for this hard drive. Check info below.
