Which heatsink to buy ? Very confused

Hi Guys, I am very much confused b/w 2 heatsinks:

Noctua NH-D14

or

Thermalright TRUE Black 120 Rev. C with 2 Fans(Push/Pull) and OCZ Freeze Extreme thermal compound

If u suggest me to buy TRUE Black 120 Rev. C so plz tell me this also which fan to buy from these:

Thermalright TR-FDB-12-2000

Or

Scythe Slip Stream 120mm(SY1225SL12SH)




Plz suggest me the best.

Moreover, I really like the black color look of TRUE 120 Rev. C but it's base surface is not purely flat so Will this be the issue in performance ??

I can understand your confusion because the review for these coolers are both halfhearted and does not have a resounding "Yes!" in both.\

I think you can not go wrong with any of the two choices specially since budget is no object. Since it seems to me that your heart is set to on the Thermalright, go for it.

Buy the darn thing. It's a hobby, not a job. It don't work, try again. You got solid input. Or maybe you could try google for a few other forums and join them and read 20-50 posts from beginning to end.
