Which Heatsink?

My CPU has been running very hot, just over 70 C with the case on. I was wondering which would be better...

Coolermaster HHC-001
or
Thermaltake Volcano 9

Any other suggestions? I run a 1Ghz Athlon T-Bird Thouroghbred-A

Tons of good info there, although they haven't yet reviewed the Volcano 9. Dan's Data also has a rather thorough review, which includes both of your possibilities:
