Which i5 should I use?

I am planning on building a gaming rig and am wondering what CPU I should have.

I was wondering if there is an i5 better suited for gaming than the 3570k or if I should stick with it.

The 3570K is the top I5 and the only one that will overclock but with a B75 board that will not happen, consider swapping for Z75 or Z77.

I'm new at this, thanks for the advice about the board. Any suggestions to bring down cost while maintaining performance?
