Question Which inexpensive (desktop?) motherboard is compatable with NVIDIA Tesla k20 gpgpu?

I have two Tesla k20 gpgpu cards for the high double floating point computational power. Is there a consumer or inexpensive workstation motherboard compatible with the cards? That would be optimal. Newer is better than older.
If not, what inexpensive servers are compatible with the k20?

Cooling isn't an issue. I can McGyver the hell out of the hardware.

However unlikely, is there an AM4 socket motherboard that would work?

The requirements for a K20 is PCIe 2.0 x16 (same bandwidth as 3.0 x8), so any board with at least 2x 3.0 x16 slots (x8 electrically) should work.
I see no reason why an AM4 board wouldn't work.

I see no reason either, but it doesn't work on my ASUS pro x370 w/ ryzen 5 2600 w/ 16 GB RAM w/ 500W pcu. NVIDIA Tesla cards have strange compatibility issues. I want to be certain the k20 will run on the motherboard before buying it.

What exactly do you mean when you say it doesn't work? What happens? What graphics card are you using to drive the display, or are you trying to run it headless?

AMD Ryzen 5 2600 underclocked, overclocked up to 4.1GHz, variety of voltages
also: AMD 3 2200g underclocked, overclocked up to 4.0GHz, variety of voltages
16 GB (2 x8GB) Patriot Viper DDR4 3200 MHz, tried at a 2100 MHz up to 3000 MHz
4TB Barracuda
also: 750 GB SATA SSD
500w bronze rated pcu

Troubleshooting
The system doesn't post when I put it in the first PCIe 3.0 x16 slot, no feedback from motherboard
The system posts in the second PCIe 3.0 x16 slot, the PCIe 2.0 x16 slot, and using a powered x16 to x1 riser into the PCIe 2.0 x1 slots,
but the BIOS doesn't recognize that a device is attached in the PCIe slot
I've tried it paired with:
- NVIDIA GT 730
-AMD Radeon RX 580 8GB
the system posts in both cases when the Tesla k20 isn't in PCIe slot 1
but the BIOS recognizes the GT 730 and the RX 580 but the BIOS does not recognize any other device (the k20)
I used a display.

I'd leave the CPU at stock as well as the RAM at 2133 MHz for the meantime.

What exact make/model of PSU do you have?

What happens if you remove all add in cards, use the 2200G, go into the BIOS and manually set the default video adapter to be the iGPU (rather than auto or whatever), and then insert a single k20 into the 1st PCIe slot?
