Hi, I am planning of buying another stick of RAM to get the full potential of dual channel memory.

I currently have a Corsair 16GB 3000Mhz C15 for my Ryzen 1600.

Now I know that it would be ideal to purchase a similar RAM to avoid the faster RAM slowing down to that of the slower one, however I came across these other Corsair RAM which is relatively cheaper than the current RAM I have. I wanted to know if will there be a significant impact on performance if I purchase this one.

On a side note, can this RAM also be a good buy? ADATA AX4U3000316G16-SR30 XPG

Solution
Mixing RAM has a risk of issues even if you buy the same make and model, RAM is best bought as a matched kit to avoid issues. The best option is selling what you have and get a 2x16gb kit.
